How We Market: Restaurants

Redwood Roots Farm is committed to using sustainable farming practices at all stages of production. We utilize cover cropping, natural fertilizers, composting, and crop rotation to keep our soils rich and fertile. Because we are minimally mechanized, every crop receives our attention and care from seed to maturity.

Our produce has been featured on the menus of several local restaurants, including F Street Cafe, La Trattoria, Folie Douce, and Restaurant 301. We enjoy working directly with chefs to provide the freshest, most flavorsome ingredients for their seasonal creations. We harvest, prep, and clean our produce within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up, and take pride in the quality of our product.

Redwood Roots Farm restaurant offerings include specialty lettuces and greens, roots, and herbs, but other items are available upon request.

Ordering Information:

Place orders on Monday if you would like delivery on Tuesday afternoon ($10 delivery fee).
Place orders on Thursday if you would like to pick up produce on Saturday at the Arcata Plaza Farmers Market.
